Market development in Pakistan 

Our brief was to develop the Pakistani market for a German company which works in the agricultural sector.

Lineal-Service GmbH found a qualified Pakistani coordinator who operates both in Europe and in Pakistan. This enabled efficient and quick market cultivation on the ground. Initially we collected reliable market information. In order to lower costs and to pool interests, Lineal-Service GmbH looked for other German companies with a similar client profile and complementary business fields. As a result, a network was established that was able to act effectively in the Pakistani market. The Pakistani target goups thus benefit from the availability of a wide and coherent product range.

We enabled the German company to offer and market its products to specific targets in Pakistan. First steps were taken towards setting up a branch office of the client's and establishing long-term cooperation with the Pakistani agroindustry and official institutions.
